About our products

When placing an order for one of our items, keep in mind that the piece that you receive might not be identical to the ones pictured here, but it will be just as beautiful. Pieces are handmade using natural and vintage materials, so you should expect some inconsistencies in your item. These will not affect the appearance or function of your piece, and should not be viewed as flaws.

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal.

Shipping

All products ship from Australia via regular mail (for Australian orders) or regular airmail (for international orders). If you are in Australia, this method usually takes up to a week for you to receive once it has been sent, or a 2-3 weeks if you are anywhere outside of Australia. This timing can vary, however, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays as once we put your package in the post it is out of our hands!

Shipping price does not include tracking or insurance. Please contact us before completing your order if you would like your package shipped with tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages if you don't request and pay extra for tracking and insurance.

None of our international customers have ever had to pay any import duties or taxes on receiving our products. However, please check with your local customs/quarantine as we are not responsible for any additional charges or delays.

Please check the item description for how long that particular item will take to ship.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business and products, we cannot accept returns/refunds for any reason. Please ask as many questions as you want before making your purchase - we love to chat and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
